Last Will

A Last Will and Testament is used to specify an individual's last wishes regarding the distribution of their property and effects to beneficiaries of their choosing. Additionally, a person making a Will can use that instrument to appoint guardians for their minor children. For those that do not have a Last Will and Testament, the court system could be left to make important decisions regarding property and children. Those reasons alone are compelling enough to take control of your wishes and to make them known through a Last Will and Testament.
